  11. I am having problems uploading.  I have no problem downloading and regualr
  12. browsing etc... but uploading woes have I.

  14. I have a 28.8 with a PowerMac 9500/132.  I have tried different modems,
  15. reinstalling sys software, and went as far as to exchange mother boards.

  17. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
